Moritz focuses on taking simple actions that create big reactions.
The problem he sees in consulting, agencies, and other project based services: Every new client adds more complexity to the business - you'd need more managers and then managers for the managers. Many people quit and pursue a career change because of bad micromanaging, structure problems, and no clear vision & mission. Nobody wants to work for money alone. So the main two questions we try to answer every day is: What is it that we would absolutely love to do (even if other people think it's impossible to achieve)? How do we reinvest recourses in our larger cohesive vision to get our customers as far as possible without much complexity?
